Introduction of Casting PU Elastomer (CPUE)

  

General comments: Casting Polyurethane elastomer(CPUE), is a macromolecule compound between rubber and plastic. For its excellent performance in mechanical properties, oil resistant, biocompatibility, and electromagnetism, especially for its outstanding wear resistance, it has been widely applied in mine, machinery, metallurgy, petroleum production, auto, construction and military.

 

"PU Casting PU Casting Elastomer" urethane elastomer can be cured by reacting with a polyamine or a polyolhardener. The molding process is composed of pre-heating, degassing, maxing with a hardener, pouring into the mold, curing, demolding and after curing.

 

Application:

Bushes, Castor Wheels, Couplings, Conveyor Rollers, Cutting Boards, Fork-lift Tyres, Gears, Grading Screens, Pneumatic and Oil Seals, Scrapers, Skate Wheels, Wire Guides.

 

We produce casting PU prepolymer:

polyol+TDI or MDI

 

1.polyester based Polyurethane prepolymer

characteristics: outstanding oil and solvent resistance, especially the high anti-abrasion performance. Hardness can be adjusted between Shore A30-D70. we adopt high quality polyester polyol and import TDI to insure the high and stable quality

 2. polyether based Polyurethane prepolymer

PPG based: characteristics: good hydrolysis, easy processing, beautiful finished production, low viscosity, has certain anti-abrasion performance. Hardness Shore A85-98.

 

PTMG/PTMEG based: characteristics: PTMG is a special polyether, combining the advantage of common PES and PET, comprehensive properties are excellent, also high and low temperature resistance. Hardness Shore A85-D65.
